A professionally installed epoxy floor in a residential garage can last 15–25 years or more. In many cases, the floor will outlast your ownership of the property. Residential garages see relatively light use — a car or two, some DIY projects, and foot traffic. With proper care, a high-quality epoxy floor in this environment should look good and perform well for decades.
